Gamescom 2023 is taking place between the 21st and the 27th of August, at the Koelnmesse Congress Center, in Cologne, Germany.

Gamescom serves as a platform for game developers, publishers, hardware manufacturers, and other gaming-related companies to showcase their upcoming games, technologies, and products to industry professionals, media, and the general public.

Annually, companies and publishers from across the globe unveil their latest software and hardware offerings to industry professionals and enthusiasts.

The full Gamescom 2023 schedule of events kicks off with devcom (developer conference) on the 21st of August and then Opening Night Live on the 22nd of August.

Trade visitors and members of the media will be granted in-person access to the event on the 23rd of August and the entertainment area opens up to the public on the 24th of August up until its close on the 27th of August.

  • Gamescom city festival | 26th-27th August

The event typically features a mix of press conferences, presentations, panel discussions, hands-on gameplay opportunities, esports tournaments, cosplay events, and more.

Attendees will be able to try out new games before they are released, interact with developers and industry insiders, and participate in various activities.
