1) Smartlaunch PAY-AS-YOU-GO is exclusively for esports venues in the USA, Canada and EU, with a minimum of 10 gaming computers. Eligibility for this promotion is contingent upon approval by a third-party payment service provider.
2) What’s included in the Smartlaunch Online Payment:
(a) Complimentary remote installation of Smartlaunch by our Tech Support team, available for your venue’s Server PC, Admin PC, and one client PC. Complimentary installation includes the importing of existing user & configuration data. Should you require Smartlaunch installation on additional client computers, we offer this service at a nominal one-time fee of $5 per client computer.
(c) A free hosted website at yourvenue.smartlaunch.com. The website includes online booking and customer deposit features, seamlessly integrated with a payment gateway. Processing fees are 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction. Compare with Stripe and Squareup.
(d) The Wallet feature in our client software, designed for customer deposits is integrated with a payment gateway, ensuring secure transactions. Processing fees are 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction. Compare with Stripe and Squareup.

3) Exclusions from the Smartlaunch Online Payment:
(a) Smartlaunch Smartdisk and Premium Support are not included but can be added for a monthly fee of $8 per PC. A minimum of 10 PCs is required for the Smartlaunch Smartdisk.
