Start the Smartlaunch Client

 

The Smartlaunch Client is the visual appearance of your esports center. It is the first application your customers see and use on a PC when they visit your store. 

Getting Familiar with the Interface

If you have run the Smartlaunch installer and installed the Smartlaunch Client on your client computers, your customers will be presented with the Smartlaunch login screen.

Try to login using a new user account. You create a new user account in the Smartlaunch Administrator.

  1. Type the name of the user account.
  2. Press Login.
  3. Your customer will be presented with the screen where your customer needs to enter his or her personal details. You can always choose what fields your customers need to enter in the Smartlaunch Server settings.

4. The customer will now enter his/her personal details.
5. Click OK.
6. The Smartlaunch Client will continue to load and present the customer to the
welcome screen.

Launching Games and Programs

Games and programs that are displayed on the client are set up in the Smartlaunch Server.
