Administrator reports are blank


When opening any of the financial reports in the administrator, instead of getting a report you get a blank report viewer window.


This is caused by the printer being set incorrectly in the administrator preferences. Possibly to a deleted printer.


  1. To fix this, open the administrator preferences by clicking on the menu item “Utilities” and then “Preferences” in the menu rollout.
  2. Now in the preferences click on “Point of Sale” in the menu to your left, and then “Report settings”.
  3. This must be set to a printer for reports to display correctly. The “Microsoft XPS Document Writer” will also work.
    If you entered this window with a deleted printer being set, the first available printer in the system will have been set automatically.
  4. Now click OK. Reports should now work correctly
