FIBA Esports Open Massive Success

The first ever FIBA (International Basketball Federation) Esports Open 2020 turned out to be a massive hit with fans. The tournament took place over three days with countries from FIBA’s regions such as North America, Europe, Middle-East and Oceania.

The event was live-broadcasted across 100 different location globally, and gained over a whopping 5 million social media views. The country with the largest portion of views was Spain, with 2.1 million impression, and 1.7 million views.

This event took place between June 19 to 21, in a brand new FIBA esports studio in Riga, Latvia. The tournament comprised of a daily four-hour show featuring up to six games.

We are excited to see the forthcoming tournaments from FIBA esports, considering the amount of success with the FIBA Esports Open.
