The first international event of the League of Legends calendar, the prestigious Mid-Season Invitational, is starting on the 6th of May. The annual mid-year League of Legends event is back, after a season off due to ongoing travel restrictions. 

  • Mid-Season Invitational 2021 action begins on Thursday, the 6th of May.
  • Cloud9, reigning Worlds champs DWG face off in Icelandic opener.
  • Extra World Championship slot on the line for winning LoL region.

  •  Infinity Esports (LLA Opening 2021 – SA)
  •  DetonatioN FocusMe (LJL Spring 2021 – Japan)

MSI will take place at the Laugardalshöll indoor sports arena in Reykjavík, Iceland. It is also the location for the VCT Stage 2 Masters, which begins directly after MSI.
