PUBG Mobile’s New Strict Measures to Ban Cheaters

PUBG Mobile’s New Strict Measures to Ban Cheaters

PUBG Mobile have ongoing efforts to identify cheaters and ban them. Recently they updated their security measures and in-game system, with measures that will ban an ongoing cheat that allows someone to kill another player in one shot, and inverse their screen momentarily.

The complications of using cheats are harsh; the PUBG Mobile Operations have implemented a 10-year ban to any player found using cheats. With the one-shot cheat, over 10,000 players have been banned.

Cheating harms the gaming environment, and the anti-cheating initiatives by PUBG follow their “Ban Pan” campaign, which was first introduced during the PUBG Mobile Club Open in 2019. This initiative introduced the Death replay function, where users can immediately replay how they were killed in order to monitor any suspicious or out-of-the-ordinary behavior.
