Esports Fashion Group has announced that fashion agency Ford Models will take part in the pilot Esports Fashion Week, set to launch in Q3 2021.
Esports Fashion Group launched in April 2021 and aims to bring the concept of a traditional Fashion Week to the world of esports. Built on an idea of bringing esports fashion forward by demonstrating the diverse and creative scene, Esports Fashion Group looks to embrace the wider community by laying down the foundation at their seasonal showcases. The release format is supplemented by original and insightful content to further connect and engage a global audience.
Esports Fashion Group’s partnership with Ford Models is an effort to bridge esports and fashion in a more organic and natural way. Ford Model’s alignment with Esports Fashion Week produces some unique and innovative content and conversations centred around the intersection of esports, gaming and fashion.
Ford Models will produce original content in and around Esports Fashion Week, utilizing its roster of esports stars, professional players, and streamers. Ford joins esports fashion brands H4X and We Are Nations as participants in Esports Fashion Week so far.
Ford Models launched an “Esports and Gaming” division in August of 2020, and appointed entertainment and gaming attorney Justin M. Jacobson as manager to lead efforts into representing top stars in esports and gaming such as Warzone player Drew “Frozone” Bienusa.
