Fortnite Celebrates Party Royale Launch

Fortnite has officially hit a peak of 350 million registered users. In the month of March 2019, Fortnite had 250 million registered users. This means, over the course of one year, the game has gained a massive 100 million unique new users.

The current number of Fortnite users rivals the statistics of industry-leading esports titles like the League of Legends. An estimation suggests that players have already spent over 3,2 million hours in-game on Fortnite.

Epic Games being as active as they are will be marking this achievement with the Party Royale Premiere. The premiere features an hour’s worth of live party music coming from Steve Aoki, Deadmau5, and DJ Dillon Francis on the 8th of May at 8pm CT. The show will be rebroadcast on the 9th of May from 1pm CT in-game for those who might end up missing the live event.

Players logging into Fortnite between the 8th of May at 5pm CT and the 12th of May at 9am CT will also get the new music-reactive Neon Wings back bling for free.
