FaZe Clan, the Los Angeles-based esports organisation, recently announced that star NBA player LeBron James’ eldest son Bronny James has joined FaZe. At 15 years old, Bronny has joined the roster under the tag name “FaZe Bronny”.
In a video publicised by FaZe Clan, it features Bronny James playing several popular esports games such as Fortnite and Call of Duty, and also basketball. The video has already gained 1 million views overnight. Bronny has a very strong social media presence already, with over 300k followers on the games streaming platform Twitch.
Other athletes have also joined FaZe clan, such as Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons as a content creator, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Juju-Smith Schuster and Miami Heat player Meyers Leonard. FaZe clan has over 40 streamers on its roster, and competes in games such as Fortnite, Valorant, Rainbow Six: Siege, FIFA, COD League, and Counter Strike: Global Offensive.
