Last week, Square Enix released the third Marvel’s Avengers WAR TABLE digital stream. The stream provided an in-depth look at the game ahead of its launch. Kicking things off, viewers who watched the Marvel’s Avengers WAR TABLE live via the official website, were the first to get details about the game’s daily and weekly missions. Four new high-level mission types were revealed as well: AIM’s Secret Lab, SHIELD Vaults, Mega Hives and Villain Sectors.
Villain Sectors are special missions that provide epic showdowns with powerful bosses when the player’s heroes get closer to the game’s power-level cap of 150. SHIELD Vaults are treasure troves of resources, gear, and gaming secrets that the player must find and unlock.
Players team up with three friends to tackle AIM’s Secret Lab, which is a mission that is only accessible by reaching the game’s higher levels. Mega Hives puts players’ entire roster of superheroes to the test, as they fight through floors packed with enemies.
Marvel’s Avengers will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, and PC beginning of September, and will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X when the consoles launch in Holiday 2020.
