Red Bull Partners with Loco to Fuel The Growth of Esports in India

Red Bull has announced a partnership with Indian streaming platform Loco to create and broadcast esports content in the region.

Both parties will work together to feature titles in various game categories. The pair are planned to produce exclusive content across a broad scope of gaming categories, with both companies providing their own specific expertise.

The grand final of Red Bull’s Red Bull Flick tournament was the first glimpse esports fans got at this newfound partnership, as it was broadcast on the popular streaming app on the 13th of June. Other Red Bull content is said to follow with events, such as Red Bull MEO and Red Bull R1v1r Ruins being shown on the platform.

Loco is owned by digital media company Pocket Aces. The parent company also owns several media channels including Filter Copy and Dice Media. Both channels have followings in the millions on YouTube. Loco partnered with Fnatic in April to host a PUBG Mobile charity tournament known as #GamingForGood.
