The Steam Next Fest – A Week-Long Event

The latest edition of the Steam Next Fest has started, giving gamers an opportunity to check out an abundance of game demos and livestream updates from developers about upcoming games.

The Next Fest is also bringing with it a catalog of playable demos for players to download and try out. In total, the Next Fest website has 1,198 games for people to sift through, including titles that fit all of the most popular gaming genres like action, adventure, RPG, and strategy.

The week-long event will run until next Monday, the 20th of June, and until then, the official Steam YouTube channel will showcase numerous games, including Q&As with developers.

Gamers can find the broadcast schedule for the event on the event’s homepage.

This is the perfect opportunity to try out some new genres that you’ve never really experienced before. There’s almost any kind of game you can think of at the event. During the event, there will also be a series of live streams from developers that provide a closer look at some of the featured games in the event.

This isn’t the first time Steam has hosted a Next Fest. This semi-regular event runs multiple times a year with the most recent edition being just a few months ago in February. And, the Steam Next Fest will return in October 2022.
